PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Always bring your own towel and sheet for the treatment.
1 clip is automatically deducted when you book a 30-minute session, and 2 clips when you book a 60-minute treatment.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the treatment.
In case of a no-show, you are responsible for the cost of the treatment. In the event of acute illness, cancellation must be made no later than 8:00 am on the day at support@cityfys.dk.
Check the validity of the clipcard card in the booking system. Credits can only be used during this period.
Maximum 10 bookings in the system at a time
Check the current opening hours in the booking system
